1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store “hidecutstudio.com” (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) operates in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the Terms).
1.2. Before registration, the Customer must read the Terms.
1.3. A registered user who places an order becomes a customer of the Store (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), acquiring the rights and obligations set forth in the Terms.
1.4. The Seller has the right to restrict the Customer’s rights or cancel the registration at any time if the Customer fails to comply with the conditions specified in the Terms.
1.5. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller has the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time without prior notice to the Customer. The new Terms come into effect from the date they are posted in the Store. Orders placed before the changes will be executed according to the Terms valid at the time of order placement.
1.6. The Seller is not liable for and does not compensate the Customer for any damage arising from non-compliance with the Terms.
2. Customer’s Personal Data
2.1. The Customer can order goods in the online store in the following ways:
2.1.1. By registering at hidecutstudio.com and entering the requested registration data;
2.1.2. Without registering at hidecutstudio.com.
2.2. When ordering goods in the ways specified in clause 2.1, the Customer must provide the necessary personal data in the relevant fields: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3. The Customer agrees that the Seller has the right to process the Customer’s personal data for the purposes and in the cases specified in these Terms.
2.4. The Customer undertakes to keep their login details secure and not disclose them to any third party.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s personal data or information related to the order to any third party, except for the Seller’s partners who provide delivery or other services related to the Customer’s order. In other cases, personal data may be disclosed when required by a competent State authority under Lithuanian law or with the Customer’s written consent.
2.6. The Seller undertakes to ensure the protection of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with Lithuanian law.
3. Ordering, Prices, and Payment
3.1. Customers can shop at hidecutstudio.com 24/7.
3.2. The contract becomes valid when the Customer clicks the “Pay” button, and the Seller confirms the order by sending a confirmation email to the Customer.
3.3. The contract is considered fulfilled when the Customer has paid for the goods and received them.
3.4. A new purchase-sale contract is concluded with each order placed.
3.5. The prices of goods in the online store and in the order are indicated in euros and are final.
3.6. You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:
3.6.1. Electronic payment services via payment partners:
Paysera (online banking, payment cards);
PayPal (online payment system).
3.6.2. Bank transfer – an advance payment, where the Customer transfers the amount to the bank account of hidecutstudio.com after receiving payment instructions.
3.6.3. Cash on delivery – payment upon collection of the goods.
4. Production Time
4.1. All products displayed in the Store are custom-made. Production takes 1–3 business days.
4.2. The goods are shipped to the Customer only after they are manufactured.
5. Delivery Conditions
5.1. The delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method. Read more about delivery and prices here.
5.2. Orders are accepted daily but are processed only on business days.
6. Returns and Warranty
6.1. Wallets and keychains sold in the Store are custom-made according to each Customer’s preferences; therefore, personalized products (engraved according to the Customer’s wishes) cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality or received an item with a production error (incorrect engraving, different font, or color), please contact us as soon as possible using the provided contact details.
6.2. To return a product, there must be a justified and clear reason. In this case, the Customer must send an email explaining the situation and attach several photos to help us understand the issue.
6.3. The Customer must include their name, surname, and order number in the email. After evaluating the situation, an appropriate decision will be made, and a response will be sent within 2 business days.
6.4. hidecutstudio.com is not responsible for mistakes made by the Customer when placing an order. This rule does not apply if the engraving was incorrect due to hidecutstudio.com’s fault.
6.5. The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods differ from their actual properties due to the Customer’s display settings.
6.6. The Seller is not responsible for the deterioration of product quality if the Customer or persons to whom the Customer gave the goods used them for purposes other than intended.
7. Other Provisions
7.1. All content of the hidecutstudio.com website, including photos, moving images, graphic elements, and videos, belongs to hidecutstudio.com. Any use of the website content is prohibited without permission from hidecutstudio.com.
7.2. The Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and the relations specified herein are governed by Lithuanian law.
7.3. The parties undertake to resolve all disputes related to the execution of the Terms through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in court.
