Products sold in the hidecutstudio.com store are custom-made according to each customer’s preferences. Therefore, personalized items (i.e., engraved according to the customer’s specific request) cannot be returned.
However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or you have received an item with a manufacturing defect (incorrect engraving, wrong font, or incorrect product color), please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided.
Conditions for Returning an Item
The return must have a valid and clear reason.
The customer must send an email explaining the situation, including a few photos that clearly show the issue.
The email must include your full name and order number to identify the order.
Once the situation is reviewed, an appropriate decision will be made, and you will receive a response within 2 business days.
Limitations and Seller’s Responsibility
hidecutstudio.com is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer when placing an order. This rule does not apply if the engraving error occurred due to hidecutstudio.com’s fault.
The seller is not responsible if the product’s color, shape, or other parameters differ from the actual characteristics due to the display settings of the customer’s device.
The seller is not responsible for deterioration in product quality if the customer or any person to whom the customer gave the goods used them for purposes other than those intended.
